Ten minutes with a jump rope or a brisk walk can improve your times. It’s not impossible to find that 10 minutes if you try hard enough. It’s really important to sort the truth from fiction if you are new to working out. This is important because you are still forming your fitness habits. If you cultivate the wrong or incorrect habits, then obviously you will be setting yourself up for a hard re-education in the future. Proper habits are crucial to your personal success plus whether or not you continue on with your fitness program.
