Caribou HQ to be sold to Canadian REIT Artis (Biz Journal)
The building that houses the corporate headquarters of Caribou Coffee is under contract to be sold to Artis Real Estate Investment Trust, a Winnipeg, Manitoba-based company. Caribou (Nasdaq: CBOU) is a tenant in the largest building in a four-building portfolio being sold by Real Estate Recycling, the Minneapolis-based company that developed the property.
